How does the free trial work?

Register your company and use every feature free for 3 days. When the trial ends, pay KES 550 by M-Pesa STK push to continue — your data is kept safe either way. No card is required to start.

Does M-Pesa work with my Till or Paybill?

Yes. SalesDesk collects via STK push, so customers just enter their M-Pesa PIN — no till-number typing, no wrong references. Every payment settles automatically against the right sale, invoice or rent account with a genuine M-Pesa receipt number.

Can my cashiers see profits or change prices?

Only if you let them. Cashiers, managers and admins each have role privileges, and you can tick or untick over 25 individual permissions per employee — discounts, price overrides, cost prices, reports and more.

Is each shop's stock separate?

Yes. Every store keeps its own stock levels, and transfers between branches are tracked in-transit. Products can be shared across all stores or locked to a single store.

What do I need to run it?

Just a browser — phone, tablet or PC. USB barcode scanners work out of the box, and the camera can scan barcodes and QR codes too. Biometric login works on devices with a fingerprint or face reader.

I run rentals as well as a shop — does this help?

Absolutely. The Rentals module manages properties, tenants and leases, generates monthly invoices with utility bills, sends automatic SMS reminders and reconciles M-Pesa rent payments for you.
